Here at Jai & Co. Candles, we take great pride in hand-crafting our candles with care and attention to detail. Your satisfaction is truly important to us, and while we do not accept returns or exchanges, we are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience with our products.

Policy Details:

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been purchased.
  • Store Credit: In certain cases, if there is an issue with your order, we may offer store credit after reviewing the situation. To be eligible for store credit, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

How to Request Store Credit:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at jai@jaicocandles.com with a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product(s) in question.
  2. Inspection: Upon reviewing the provided information, we will assess whether the product issue qualifies for store credit. Please allow up to 3 business days for this process.
  3. Decision: If approved, store credit will be issued for the value of the original purchase, excluding shipping fees. Store credit can be used toward future purchases and will not expire.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24-48 hours with supporting photos and/or videos. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
