Jai & Co. Candles is committed to ensuring that your candles arrive safely and in a timely manner. Please read our shipping policy below for details on how we handle shipping, including costs, delivery times, and order processing.

Local Pick Up (NWI ONLY)

Are you located in Northwest Indiana (NWI/The Region) and want to skip the shipping? During checkout, select the "local pick-up" option. Please wait for a confirmation email or text to pick up your order. Local pick-ups are usually ready same day or 1-2 business days.

Local pickup is available during the following business days and times:

Mondays: 12PM-4PM
Wednesdays: 1:30PM-3PM
Thursdays: 1:30PM-3PM
Fridays: 1PM-4PM

Shipping Carrier: USPS Ground Advantage

We ship all of our orders through USPS Ground Advantage, which provides reliable and cost-effective ground shipping across the United States. This option ensures your candles arrive in great condition while keeping shipping costs manageable.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 days. This includes preparing, packaging, and ensuring quality before shipment.
  • Express Orders: Orders that are $50 and up are usually processed the same day or within 1 day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your package and your location. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. The general estimate for USPS Ground Advantage is 3-5 business days. ***Please note, once the order is in the care of USPS, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s progress through USPS.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We can correct the address error ONLY if a tracking number hasn't been assigned to your order. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, but additional shipping fees may apply.
